CUPOLEX  are stay-in-place forms to create aerated concrete floors with unreinforced or reinforced concrete slabs on grade and other concrete structures. Concrete is poured over the modular dome forms to create floating or structural slabs on grade. The unique concrete geometry Cupolex creates, forms an under-slab void that can be vented to remove moisture and soil gases or provide solutions for various sustainable construction applications – uses less concrete and reinforcing than a standard slab with equivalent load bearing capacity. The load is transferred to the ground thanks to the arch-column geometry while the void underneath can be used for many different applications. Aerated raised concrete floors such as CUPOLEX can be used as void filling to decrease the structure weight and to rise the slab height.

CUPOLEX-RIALTO is a forming system for providing an easy, efficient and fast solution for constructing concrete raised slabs or aerated floors with heights from 500mm (20 inches) to 2500mm (100 inches). This cutting edge forming system comprises of CUPOLEX domes, tubes and bases that quickly interlock and connect to each other composing a self-bearing structure ready for the placement of a concrete slab. The elevated CUPOLEX slab supported by the matrix of columns formed by the tubes allows the system for high load-bearing capacities and the elevated CUPOLEX RIALTO structure and the void created below the slab can be used for various purposes and applications. All components that make up the CUPOLEX®-RIALTO® forming system are made from 100% recycled plastic.

Cupolex soil cell is a forming system for providing an easy, efficient and fast solution for constructing a pavement with a customizable volume of uncompacted planting soil underneath, in order to plant trees and guarantee their healthy growth.

This cutting-edge forming system comprises of CUPOLEX domes, tubes, bases and a patented bracing system that quickly interlock and connect to each other composing a self-bearing structure ready for the placement planting soil and furthermore the concrete pavement.

ISOLCUPOLEX  is a multi patented system for the creation of an aerated concrete slab with an integrated floor insulation with heights varying from 11 cm to 250 cm.

ISOLCUPOLEX system acts as a stay-in-place forming system for the casting of the pavement slab. The slab can bear high loads and leave a void underneath providing aeration and /or passage of utilities. In this way the slab has an integrated floor insulation layer on the outer side of the structure: this stratigraphy helps to avoid all humidity problems. Moreover the concrete layer can better provide a thermal flywheel for an optimal average radiant temperature all year round.

CUPOLEX® WINDI® creates a ventilated floor in new or remodeled buildings without affecting the structure of the building. The adoption of CUPOLEX® WINDI® allows you to save on waterproof sheathing and guarantees a constant seal against dampness. CUPOLEX®-WINDI® may also be easily attached to walls to create a void capable of ventilating and eliminating mold or installed to create ventilated flat or pitched roofs.

Climablock is a high quality ICF system (Insulated Concrete Form), to realize concrete walls integrating in only one solutions the structural resistance of concrete with the thermal insulation properties of EPS (Expanded polystyrene).

Climablock walls are characterized by the presence of EPS panels on the inner and outer surface, providing a great thermal insulation during winter and summer seasons preventing any heat dispersion, saving money and increasing comfort. The insulation layer is uniform and continuous preventing the formation of thermal bridges. The specific stratigraphy of the wall: insulation – mass – insulation, gives optimum level of insulation even during summer, thanks to the elevate thermal lag, damping of the thermal wave and trasmittance of the wall. With Climablock ICF system you can build anti seismic buildings, thermally and acoustically insulated, with a high comfort level and healthiness, without humidity and mold formation.



Kaldo


KALDO is a thermo-panel, made of EPS (expanded polystyrene) elements, to create suspended slabs or ceilings with monodirectional beams and with a modulable thermal insulation. When compared to traditional technologies, KALDO offers a more lightweight materiel with higher thermal insulation properties.

Spyrogrip


The insulation panel Spyrogrip is the most advance solution for the thermal insulation of a traditional building. Used whenever you need to apply insulation panels on a wall or ceiling.

The panels, in fact, are made of EPS Twinpor® that lowers the thermal trasmittance, hence improving insulation with respect to traditional EPS panels with the same thickness.

All panels are manufactured via injection molding, improving traspirability, planarity and present interlooking teeth to guarantee an easy and perfect installation. The inside face of all panels presents omega Ω shaped grooves to increase surface and improve connection with chemical glue or mortar in addition to mechanical joints.



Spyrogrip Sismiko


Sismiko is an innovative patented system to improve the seismic resistance of an existing building and at the same time increase its energy class. The system of spacers and panels in EPS Twinpor, with a high insulating power, is installed directly on the existing masonry acting as a formwork for the creation of a small layer of reinforced concrete against the wall which improves its seismic behaviour. At the same time, the insulating panels serve to contain the concrete casting and remain in place as a thermal coat.

Restructuring with the Sismiko system therefore allows you to work only on the outside of the building, without interrupting normal activity inside. It is also possible to incorporate new systems into the system to replace the existing ones, reducing internal demolition operations to a minimum.

VENTUS are aerated and thermally insulated roof panels in Twinpor Polystirene (EPS) for the creation of thermally insulated roofing packages with draining grooves for condensation droplets and a ventilation chamber to be applied to new structures and renovations.

VENTUS panels provide an external thermal insulation on the roof that improves the thermal efficiency of the building, and can be configured to increase the thermal inertia of the roof or to install the roof finishing or photovoltaic panels directly on VENTUS.

SCUDOX is a dimpled waterproof membrane made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) suited for waterproofing buried walls or foundations in contact with the ground.

The dimpled membrane is laid down on the surface of the walls and allows a total separation between the walls, both in concrete and in masonry, and the moisture of the ground. SCUDOX also work as protection from the plant roots present in the ground.

TUBIX is a disposable column formwork in cardboard for the construction of cylindrical pillars. It the simplest and most economical solution for cast-in-place monolithic columns offering load-bearing and decorative functions.

The single-use formwork can be custom ordered with diameters ranging from 15 to 120 cm and heights up to 12 m.

TUBIX can form pillars with smooth or spiral finishing due to the inner polyethylene layer. The smooth finishing allows the column’s concrete to be left exposed.
